Eugene is a licensed Real Estate Broker and the owner of Weatherspoon Realty. He started this company in 2011 with a purpose. "Open The Doors To Your Deams".

He helps homeowners sell, people in search of a home buy, and with certifications like CIPS, GRI, PKC and more, he is very experienced and great at what he does. So, if you are looking to find your Florida Dream Home, you've come to the right place.

As a military veteran, former Logistician, Recruiter and Information Technology Subject Matter Expert Edward brings added value and perspectives to the table. Today, as a Real Estate Professional, he is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients. His approach is positive, direct and successful: he listens to the client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction. 

Yerlin is the Broker Assistant for Weatherspoon Realty. She was raised in the Dominican Republic, and attended classes at Daytona State College. Her main focus is to make sure that all of Weatherspoon Realty's clients have an Execellent Service Experience. Yerlin is also Bi-lingual; Fluent in both English and Spanish. This of which, allows us to extend our services to clients that speak little or no English. 

Veneita has been Weatherspoon Realty's Realtor of the Year for over 3 years. She has also been our Top Producer for over 5 years. Veneita enjoys working with First Time Home Buyers and New Investors alike. She if focused and excels in her pursuit of providing excellent customer service. She also contributes to multiple community service organizations, and is an active member of the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. 

Carl was a Director of Human Resources with UPS for 31 years. During that time, he gained experience and understanding of the corporate relocation program, and because he was also relocated on several occasions, employees found him to be very relatable and knowledgeable on the subject matter. After that, he fell in love with the process of finding and selling homes, and has since developed a passion to help others "Open The Doors To Their Dreams" as a Real Estate Associate.

As a former Flight Attendant for over nine years, Tanisha understands that in all the beautiful places on Earth, no site is more pleasing to the soul than that of your own home.  

 Actively working directly with the public and creating the "WOW"  FACTOR by constantly going above and beyond is what I do best all while giving you my full commitment, integrity, and professional ethical standards.

Born in Virginia and Living in the South:

In 1994 I relocated my family from Hampton Roads Virginia to Central Florida.   We made Florida our home away from home for over twenty years.  Even residing in Jacksonville, FL. for a short period of time before returning to Seminole County where my kids attended private schools for two years before enrolling in Seminole County Public School District.  I have witnessed the growth of Lake Mary, FL. the City of Lakes, the preservation of Historic Oviedo, FL. and the development of the hidden City of Chuluota, FL.   In my mind, there is really no other lifestyle than that of the FLORIDIAN and it is my pleasure to specialize in Florida Real Estate.

Stephanie is a passionate deal-maker, skilled negotiator, and advocate of building strong relationships. She holds over 15 years of experience supporting the management and administration of daily business operations

As a formally trained Contracts Manager, Stephanie has successfully negotiated over $500 million in contracts with both commercial and Government clients. As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent she brings her experience working in home building on both the builder and contractor sides, as well as, her exposure to commercial development and property management.
